I specialize in working with clients with adverse life experiences, PTSD, Complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar d/o, anger, difficult life transitions, grief, suicidal ideation, etc. I pull from modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Psychedelic Integration, Somatic Work, and the Enneagram.
There are beautiful trails around the office where I will be offering walk/ talk therapy as weather is permitting. This therapy combines talk therapy and the restorative power of nature and physical movement. An intake will have to be completed at the office for the first visit prior to beginning the walking sessions.
