I specialize in working with clients with adverse life experiences, PTSD, Complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar d/o, anger, difficult life transitions, grief, suicidal ideation, etc. I use modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Work, Enneagram exploration, and pull from other modalities.
There are beautiful trails around the office where I will be offering walk/ talk therapy as weather is permitting. This therapy combines talk therapy and the restorative power of nature and physical movement. An intake will have to be completed at the office for the first visit prior to beginning the walking sessions.
